"The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" is a self-help book that presents a holistic approach to personal and professional effectiveness. The author, Stephen R. Covey, introduces seven habits that can empower individuals to become more effective in their lives.
Interestingly, my mentor from Brazil recommended this book to me. When I discussed this book with my former Indian colleague, he read about it already. It's evident that this book has a wide-spreading impact.

A mission statement serves as a compass, providing a clear sense of direction and helping individuals align their daily actions with their long-term goals and values. Another crucial aspect emphasized in the book is empathy. Covey highlights the significance of understanding and empathizing with others to build stronger relationships and effective communication. Empathy involves actively listening to others, seeking to understand their perspectives, and considering their emotions and needs. By the way, in the last FAQ chapter, Covey said that you can't ask questions outside your knowledge. Hence, I don't really worry about generative AI taking away people's jobs. You have to own the knowledge to give an in-depth prompt for a good answer which you can further develop on.
