Rating: ★★★☆☆
This book is primarily written for female readers. However, as a man, I feel effing tired every now and then, especially dealing with all sorts of policies. No matter whether it's a governmental or corporate policy.
To reduce stress, there're several things to do. First, get enough sleep. By enough, you need to sleep nine to ten hours per night. Honestly, I think most people won't be able to do that nowadays.
Second, cut the sugar in your diet. I rarely drink anything beyond water, milk, plant-based milk, tea, and coffee. I don't even have sugar in my kitchen. This one is easy for me. By the way, artificial sweetener is worse than sugar.
Third, drink plenty of water and have more fiber on your plates. The author suggests that modern Americans only consume 25% of fiber as their ancestor. This behavior change causes a dramatic shift in the gut micro-bio, which eventually costs their health.
In conclusion, there're some actions to take if you want to reduce your tiredness but it's up to you to take the first step!
